College with Kids A support service for student parents

Are you in school or going back to college and need assistance finding services to support your children or family while you attend classes?

Being a Parent while attending college is difficult to say the very least. Student Parents juggle the needs of child and family, meet the financial demands it takes to get by from day to day, struggle to find the time to study, research and write papers ….and still try to maintain some personal time to keep it all together and moving in the right direction.

Student Parents often feel overwhelmed with little resources or support as they try to balance their responsibilities, demands and commitments.

The Student Parent Center is helping student parents achieve their education goals by providing the resources they need to succeed at MU.

MizFit (Mizzou Families Involved Together) is a student organization for students with children and families. MizFit and the Student Parent Center, MU’s only child care facility dedicated to serving student parents, are promoting the idea of a campus based Family Resource Office to support students with Families.
